Adds kiobuf support for IDE disks. Note -- not tested very well yet,
and mult transfers are definitely broken. So don't set -mXX on your
hard drive.

Updated: with the 1112-2 patch, all IDE modes are safe to use. No
errors or corruption through hours of testing here.
