(*) but please keep in mind this is impossible.

Some documents would be available in a single format and that's a bad
idea.

I suggest :

LDP/FAQ/document1/ (each available format)
LDP/FAQ/document2/ (each available format)
(...)
LDP/GUIDE/document1/ (each available format)
(...)
