Note: this is the third version of this patch.

Apply by doing
	cd /usr/src/usr.sbin/httpd/src
	patch -p0 < userdir.patch

And then rebuild httpd by doing
	cd /usr/src/usr.sbin/httpd
	make clean && make && make install
